The Employment Readiness Program (ERP) offers its patrons (Active Duty Military, Retirees, DOD Civilian personnel and all Family Members) a variety of services in one location, by realizing that searching for employment can be frustrating, our patrons are able to search for unlimited employment possibilities.

Your ERP representative will serve as a reference to local, state, national and international employment issues. Our key mission is to assist Soldiers, DOD Civilians, Retirees and Family Members in obtaining employment and promoting a high quality of life and well-being.
